Registration Price: $130 per adult

How to RSVP for the events:

1. Fill in the fields below.
2. You may print this page before clicking the submit button and mail it with your payment to ensure proper credit.  This is not required.  We will receive an electronic copy of your form when submitted. If you mail a check without including the printed form, please make sure your check identifies you.
3. Submit your RSVP by pressing the "Submit" button below.
4. Send your payment:
 
     Registration Price - Tickets are $130 per classmate.  Guest tickets are also $130.
      
     By Mail:  Make your check payable to "MCHS 1988, Inc." (do not send cash) and mail to:

     Online Payment:  Go to the online payment screen and follow the instructions.  Online payments will incur an 8% service fee, plus a $0.35 service charge per transaction.
